With the use of
an interesting medium - plaster spackle and large open spaces, she
gives
new meaning to the power and simplicity in composition. Women, engrossed
in thought, caught in a simple soft pose are highlighted by a
background of household objects. The intimate and private subjects are
inspired from everyday life. In her paintings,
Adriana plays with light and her palette introduces the observer to a
magic moment. The light in her works create visual illusions in pursuit
of perfection. She inspires us to dream of the beauty the women are
offering us. |
